About the Position

We are now looking for a freight forwarder for our client in central Gothenburg!

As a freight forwarder, you will be responsible for transportation and traffic flow from start to finish. You will handle the entire chain from incoming orders and calculations to reporting and performance follow-up. Additionally, you will ensure accuracy and quality in your work, ensuring that what has been agreed upon with the customer is delivered on time. You will have daily contact with customers and suppliers, primarily via email. At the start, you will receive a thorough introduction, both to the company and the role, as well as guidance from colleagues. You will become part of a close-knit team that works together to develop customized solutions based on customer needs. The company currently has 26 employees and is in constant development.

The position involves a consulting assignment starting immediately, where you will be employed by Boxflow and leased to our client. The assignment is a temporary position until December 31, 2026, with good opportunities for extension or a direct employment with the client.

Working hours are during the day from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a workload of 100%.

Qualifications

• Completed upper secondary education. Strongly meritorious with post-secondary education in freight forwarding or logistics.

• Experience in freight forwarding
• Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English
• Good IT skills and experience working with systems that support transportation
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook)
